The weighing terminal SWR is operated in combination with a PC-application. The calibratable registration of the weight values is realised in the calibratable memory on the PC or by means of a printout of the receipt printer. The SWR can also be operated without PC in the case of simple applications.

The weighing terminal SWT can be used as stand-alone solution or in combination with a PC-application. Its modular design allows an individual configuration for the customer requirements in terms of hardware equipment and software application. The clear and comfortable user interface enables the operation also for untrained operators.
- Calibratable weighing note- and long-term storage of weight values
- PC-keyboard
- Ethernet- and Profibus interface
- In-/output cards (for traffic light control, limit value, external pushbutton)
- Weighing module to connect a second truck scale
- Additional interfaces to connect further peripheral devices
- Special customized solutions
- Legibly background illuminated graphic display
- No-volt protection memory
- Ident card-reader system
- Motor vehicle-identification system (RF-ID)
- Remote control
- Lightning protection barrier for the power supply, measuring circuit and data line
- Automatic zero point-tracing
- Multiple sector- and multiple division function
- Loading- and composite truck scale function
- Approval for the complete EU-market
The operational process can be automised by means of logistic terminals. External persons, as for example the truck driver, are able to recall orders independently and they can organize the weighing- and loading process. The transport documents will be printed out directly at the terminal. The driver realizes the signature on the touch-screen. Thus, unnecessary internal documents can be avoided as well as the resulting manual capturing of these documents. All information are immediately available as electronic file.

The remote indication WCON-F3 was designed specifically for outdoor use. Super-bright, sunlight viewable LED's with automatic brightness control allow an excellent visibility at direct sunlight or night on the indicator.
The specific wavelength of light allows, even in unfavorable weather conditions like fog and rain, a high-contrast representation of the display.
The graphic display allows the representation of alphanumeric characters and graphics and special characters. The remote indicator WCON-F3 is supplied in a galvanized, powder-coated housing with IP65 protection. The front page consists of a UV - resistant acrylic glass.
- 100 mm LED display
- Super-bright, daylight-capable LEDs
- Automatic brightness control for day and night operation
- Extra large viewing angle of > 140°
- Galvanized, powder-coated housing with IP65 protection
- Power supply: 100 - 230 VAC

- The truck scale can be operated by means of the remote control from the driver's cab.
- Due to the ID-Code of the remote control the terminal identifies automatically, if it is the first or second weighing process.
- Additional Data, weighing values or statur reports will be displayed at the operator terminal in big digits (50 mm) or via the remote indication WCON F3.
Over remote control the truck scale will be fully operated by a commercial mobile phone.
- Display of data and weight values of weighing the SWT or via a remote indicator
- Numeric input without switching on the 10-key phone keypad
- Possible use with any commercially available mobile phone (no internet required)
- Identify the user through the mobile number
- No ongoing costs for the cellular connection (charges only the calling user)
- Clear user interface via remote indicator
- Fast weighing sequences
- For the operation a computer system is not required
Option:
- Provision of data on the Internet at: meinewaage.com directly or via a GPRS connection

By means of a network camera a picture of the weighing process can be saved on the PC-system and allocated to a weighing process.

The traffic light system (according to road traffic regulation Ø = 200 mm) signalises the driver before driving on the truck scale that the loading minimum is falling below, and after the weighing process that the driver can turn-off the truck scale.
Transponder systems with RF-high frequency technology allows a reliable identification of the data media within a distance of up to 10 m, also in case of higher truck speeds.
