Process at a glance

The OAS software solution proNTo is a high performance process visualisation system for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and at the same time control system for the process and production control level (MES). proNTo is optimised for the control and administration of batch-oriented processes and moreover, it is particularly suitable for tasks with regard to the weighing technology.

On the basis of an Oracle® database, proNTo is a process control system that combines all possible functionalities such as control, visualisation and consistent documentation of production processes in one homogenous complete system. The combination of visualisation/operation and supervising with control of the production sequences provides an ergonomic user interface for the operator. All the functions of the production plant can be operated by means of this single user interface.
