Calibration truck

Our calibration truck is able to load up to 25 tons of calibration weights. With this maximum load the truck has a weight of 60 tons in order to calibrate the truck scale.

A calibration with up to 50 tons is already possible on truck scale with just 12 m length due to a optimised load arrangement. With a minimum of 16 m length of the truck scale even 60 tons are no problem for the calibration.

Due to a special form the arrangement of the weights is very safe and thus a very high operation and working security as well as a fast and flexible calibration service is assured. A quick service time and a short operation stop of the truck scale are further advantages.

There is no need of additional customer support during the calibration service because of the sophisticated concept and the fork lift truck that is also part of the system.
