Bremen The Supervisory Board of OAS AG in Bremen appointed new members for the Board of Directors on 01 June 2013.
The founder of the company and new Chairman of the Board of Directors, Otto A. Schwimmbeck, is convinced that the decision to extend the Board of Directors is a guarantee for continuity and reliability in the years to come.
Kerstin Schwimmbeck, born in 1969, has been a member of the company management for the business unit regiodata since 2003. As a member of the Board of Directors, she is mainly responsible for IT infrastructure and IT solutions for medium-sized companies.
Uwe Heidbreder, born in 1963, a member of the Board of Directors for Marketing and Sales has worked for OAS AG since 1993, and since then has held different appointments where he succeeded in advancing business developments and developing new business segments together with the entire technical management team.
