We are undertaking the modernisation and expansion of an existing backfill plant for a waste management company based in Saxony-Anhalt.
The aim of the project is to optimise the plant from a technological perspective and to significantly increase its long-term performance. The work will focus on replacing the control systems and optimising the plant’s automated operations. This will lead to a sustainable improvement in both process reliability and plant availability.
The replacement of the conveyor belt weighbridge and the weighing electronics will also significantly shorten the plant’s control loop, resulting in a faster system response. As part of the project, OAS will also modernise the plant’s IT infrastructure – comprising the plant server – and its electrical systems.
