We are supplying a new ATEX-compliantrail weighing system for the Schleswig-Holstein production site of a global chemical and energy company.
The calibratable weighbridge consists of two bridge segments with a total bridge length of 16 × 2 metres and offers maximum flexibility. It is completely relocatable and can be reinstalled at any time in a different position where train traffic takes place when adjustments are made to the track infrastructure.
Depending on operational requirements, the system can also be integrated as a combination weighbridge for both trains and lorries. The load measuring device is equipped with eight pressure load cells in ATEX design and thus meets all safety requirements for devices and protective systems in potentially explosive areas. This not only ensures safe weighing, but also protects employees and the working environment in accordance with the strictest legal requirements.
