For the expansion of an existing biogas plant in the English county of Devon, we are supplying the pronto process control system and subordinate PLC control system.
As a SCADA system, pronto collects and monitors all process data and visualises it clearly in the plant's control room. Data is recorded in high-performance Microsoft MS-SQL databases and, in addition to process visualisation, also allows statistical data evaluation to identify consumption and trends. Control and data acquisition at field level is carried out using PLC modules, which are also supplied.
