We are supplying a tracking and tracing solution for the Polish site of a multinational food producer to track raw materials in production. The solution will initially be implemented in material preparation within production.
At a later stage, the solution can also be scaled up to other areas beyond material preparation, such as production, filling and shipping. This solution is based on our pronto process control system, which is already being used successfully at other production sites within the company.
Production orders are transferred directly from the SAP system to material preparation via interfaces, from where they are made available for production. All material movements are tracked via the solution and returned to the ERP and warehouse management system.
