We are expanding the production plant for a traditional German manufacturer of paints and varnishes by adding an additional binder tank farm with pipework and dosing station.
An additional trace heating system is also installed for the horizontal storage tank and the conveyor pipes to optimise the temperature of the raw materials used.
The new fully automatic dosing station has three dosing valves coupled to a floor scale and is operated via an on-site terminal where the products and quantities can be selected. The configuration currently on order allows subsequent integration into our pronto process control system, which can take over production control at a later date.
In addition to engineering, installation and commissioning of the extension, we also integrate the new PLC programming (programmable logic controller). This enables the automatic control and regulation of systems and machines.
