We are constructing a new production plant for a renowned manufacturer of industrial flooring based in southern Germany, which will be used to produce dry building materials.
The plant is designed as a linear layout. The raw materials used are delivered by silo lorries, in big bags or in sacks. Raw materials delivered by silo lorries are fed into the designated silos via blow-in pipes. Raw materials in big bags are fed into the production process via specially designed big-bag unloading stations.
The production plant is controlled via our pronto process control system in combination with a high-performance PLC control system. pronto acts as the central interface between the visualisation and control levels and is specifically tailored to the requirements of construction chemicals production.
