We are currently building a new, state-of-the-art production facility for dry building materials for a leading manufacturer of specialist building materials based in southern Germany. In addition to large component silos, the new dry materials plant also features a high-capacity big bag unloading station.
Once the raw materials have been fed into the relevant large-capacity component silos, they are metered onto a hopper scale via pipe screw conveyors and then fed into the mixer. The plant is operated and controlled via our pronto process control system in combination with a PLC control system. pronto links the visualisation level with the control level and is specifically tailored to the requirements of construction chemical production.
In addition to engineering and process automation, we also handle switchgear construction and the entire electrical design as part of the project. The close integration of all disciplines results in a comprehensive plant concept from a single source – efficient, precise and perfectly coordinated.
