The vehicle weighbridge, measuring 20 x 3 metres, is used both as an entry and exit weighbridge and is optimally tailored to the company's logistical requirements. The OAS road vehicle weighbridge consists of a flat precast foundation and a precast bridge, each manufactured in one piece. This design ensures a particularly robust and durable construction as well as quick installation on site.
A wcon-S remote display was installed outside to show the weight. Combined with the wcon self-service terminal, drivers can weigh their vehicles independently and efficiently – without additional operating personnel. Operation is convenient, either directly from the vehicle or in adjacent indoor areas. Thanks to the continuous availability of the weighing terminal, 24/7 weighing is possible for both company and external vehicles.
The installation is complemented by the powerful scaleo weighing software, which enables simple and automated handling of weighing processes. The software supports convenient control and documentation of all vehicle movements – from lorries and tankers to tipper trailers – thus ensuring smooth, efficient operation.
