The ground-level underfloor vehicle weighbridge, measuring 18 x 3 metres and with a weighing range of up to 60 tonnes, impresses with its robust construction and non-slip road surface. Thanks to its weather-resistant design, the weighbridge is equally suitable for year-round use as a road vehicle weighbridge – for both lorries and cars.
A special highlight of the installation is the self-service terminal, which enables drivers to use the weighbridge conveniently and safely. It supports automated processes such as driver registration, document issuance, weighing, and factory entry and exit, thus contributing to the optimisation of logistics processes.
The weight values are displayed and stored using the wcon-S module in combination with the scaleo weighing software. This software is simple and intuitive to use and automates the weighing and control of various vehicle types – from tanker trucks to tipper semi-trailers. This solution provides the food manufacturer with future-proof and efficient weighing technology that ensures transparency and accuracy in goods flow recording.
