We are supplying the pronto process control system and a PLC control system for the expansion of an existing industrial plant at the Baden-Württemberg site.
The production control system has been adapted to meet the ever-growing demands of manufacturing. The effective pronto process control system collects and visualises all relevant process data, links the components of all plants and, thanks to sophisticated control technology, ensures smooth production processes and connects materials management with production technology.
The system is controlled by a control system in conjunction with a PLC (programmable logic controller) and individual weighing electronics. PLCs have been increasingly used for decades and are replacing electromagnetic relay circuits as control technology in many areas. They are small, flexibly reprogrammable and can be operated via remote maintenance.
In addition to engineering and project planning, we also take care of electrical design, installation of switch and control cabinets, and integration of PLC programming.
