We are modernising the grain storage automation system for a North German milling group at their site in the Port of Bremen. The project includes the automation of grain reception and subsequent storage in silos. As part of the project, old control modules are being replaced with modern Siemens PLCs and the latest weighing electronics. The plant is controlled by our pronto process control system. In addition to control engineering, we are also responsible for all PLC programming and interface adaptations in the project.
