For a renowned West German manufacturer of ink and varnish systems we supply a storage and dosing control system for the production of UV and hydro-UV varnishes. Our production control prontotakes over the filling of the storage tanks and the dosing into the mixers and dissolvers or the manual filling into IBCs and drums.
Powerful process visualization and control of the process and production control level
Our pronto production control system combines a powerful process visualization system for operation and monitoring (SCADA) with a system for controlling the process and production management level (MES). The combination of visualization/operating and monitoring with the control of the production processes provides the personnel in the control room with an ergonomic interface with which all functions of the production plant can be operated. With this project, we can further deepen our decades of control expertise for the processes of the paint and coatings industry. In addition to the engineering of the electrical design, we also supply the necessary automation technology (PLC, switching and control technology) as well as the operating terminals and weighing electronics required for operation.
