We are replacing the vehicle scales at a mixing plant for an asphalt mixing plant in southern Germany, located in Baden-Württemberg.
The project involves the supply and installation of two four-span reinforced concrete weighbridge structures, which feature a non-slip deck surface and a calibratable weighing system. This solution is particularly suitable for use in covered areas and ensures a high level of reliability and efficiency in weight measurement.
The project utilises the wcon-I weighing indicator, which is suitable for calibration; it records and processes the measurement data and converts it into precise weight values. This data is displayed on a PC via the wcon-S software module and reliably stored. This ensures accurate and traceable weight recording.
A Wcon-F3 remote display is installed outdoors for convenient viewing of weight values and axle loads. Thanks to automatic brightness control, this ensures optimum readability both at night and in direct sunlight.
